Our events are all about bringing people together, supporting local businesses, and creating unforgettable experiences—and we’re excited about the possibility of having you as part of it. Once approved, A fifty percent deposit is due before setup at the event with the return of this application. The remaining balance is due before the date of the event or on set up day to be paid in cash. Make check payable to Quantum Party Rentals. Submit completed applications and payment to: 419 58th Street Charleston, WV 25304.

Each vendor will be responsible for their own set-up area, including City & State license, health permit, electrical wiring for electric hook-up, water hose for water hook-up (If needed), tent, tables, chairs, etc.
